This gorgeous red is inspired by the soft look of deep matte reds worn by women in the 40's!
Red lips are huge for the Fall/Winter season and Vasanti's 'USA' Matte finish lipstick is at the top of my list. Its a non-drying matte formula that protects with anti-oxidants, long lasting with a suede-like finish and is very moisturizing. Evey time I wear this lipstick I get a ton of compliments and although it took me a while to get used to red lips on myself the fact that this was a red shade with blue undertones made it look amazing on my skin. I got a second one to keep in my kit and have used it on many clients who love it as well.

What I liked:
- The fact that it looks like suede when you put it on
- It makes my lips look full and sexy
- Non-drying & very moisturizing
- Lightweight
- Great shade for any skin tone
- Vasanti does not test on animals
- Great price point
- Long lasting color
- Very pigmented
What I disliked:
- Absolutely nothing!

- Any woman in you life who's been wanting to try a red lipstick but never thought it would suit her ;)

I need Vasanti in my life. I wish it was more accessible in nearby Rexalls. I refuse to buy it in Shoppers because it's more expensive there.

I am so glad that you mentioned the undertone in the lipstick. That is super important to me-I have had some MUA say they have never seen someone with skin so 'white' (to me)...so my choice of red is super important. I like this red and am lucky enough to have several decent Rexall's around to try it out!
