I've been getting a lot of comments recently about my hair being so shiny. I know the rumours of amazing hair pregnant woman have but honestly I'm still shocked every time someone comments because I really haven't noticed much of a difference.
The one and pretty much only thing I have noticed is that my hair falls out far less then it did before I had baby on board!
Anyway, since I've been getting a ridiculous amount of comments on the shine I thought Id let you know my hair care secrets (or lack there of!).
First, I change up my shampoo and conditioners often because I like to a) confuse my hair and not let it get used to one brand and b)I like to try new products. I use mostly drugstore brands and at the moment am using L'oreal's EverCreme Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner which I'm enjoying.
When blow drying my hair (which isn't often these days) I apply John Frieda's Sheer Solution Lightweight Frizz Control when my hair is still damp and blow dry using a large barrel round brush.

This helps lock out the frizz and leave my hair super soft & shiny!
That's it folks! Super simple ;)
It could also be the prenatal vitamins I'm taking too though...
