well I have to quit smoking , I dont know how but im going to do it !
I try to eat as healthy as possible and I am in the process of adding more exercise to my day.

I plan on lowering my fat intake. That will be much healthier for my heart.
Drinking more water and starting to exercise
I started a walking program in January and have actually been sticking to it. I have started eating a lot better by cutting back on sugar, butter, bread, pasta ect. and filling my plate with veggies instead. I drink six to seven glasses of cucumber and lemon slices
water every day.
I have been actively trying to lose weight so I can be healthy and live a long time for my kids :D
i walk a lot, try to get enough rest, limit my salt, don't smoke and don't drink and eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.
I stretch a lot and so yoga but I will walk more.

Plan to start running again in the morning once the snow and horrible cold weather passes! Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, and being happy and positive!

I quit smoking about 13 years ago and I don't add salt to any of my foods.
We try to eat healthy and fresh as often as we can. We also like to head outside for some fresh air and some exercise.

I take Fish oils!

I've been trying to get more exercise and cut out deep fried and fast food and increase my fruit and veggies.
Heart problems run in my family. I've lost 2 uncles this year because of it. My precautions involve vitamins and eating heart healthy. I'm also trying to persuade others in my family to do the same.

I eat a lot healthier than I used to.

I've been trying to exercise more and eat better
Eating healthier choices, less sodium, less gluten, less sugar, less fat! Exercising , (can't wait to go outside walking,-30C is too cold!)We have a stationary bike, so that is our exercise for now!
I am planning home-cooked meals every day using low-sodium, low-fat, delicious recipes. With two jobs and a family to keep me busy, it can be easy to slip into old habits and eat out, but I am committed to changing my diet!
I've been cooking every night, and not adding any extra salt to my meals. Plus excercise daily!
I exercise enough to raise my heart rate for a while on most days.
I have cut out fats and salt from my daily intake. Daily walks is good for the old ticker as well
