Expected to be completed this year, the Aquaria Grande, a 37-story residential skyscraper in Mumbai, India, will have a feature like no other condo in the world… glass swimming pools on your balcony right outside you apartment.
As cool as this concept is the practical side of me has so many questions. Where will the pool drain or filter? If someone above splashes water over will it bother you as you are swimming in yours? lol
I'm also curious how much these luxe condos will set you back. I just love the concept though so innovative!

It looks so cool, but I'd be to afraid to swim, I'm afraid of heights and can't even go on a regular balcony, never mind a pool balcony! I'd love to see this though

it looks amazing but raises a lot of questions for sure. water is crazy heavy, it just doesn't look safe on so many levels.
