I have a serious love for Buddha... from art (which I'm on a mission to find for my new place) to my mini Buddha collection which Ive collected from across the world so its only natural that I would be drawn to this 8" laughing Buddha from
Urban Barn.
I've been eyeing this for seriously months now admiring them in each color (aqua, orange, white, red and pink) every time I entered the store but finding every excuse to say Ill get it next time because of the $37 price tag. While the price wasn't going to break the bank but I just couldn't justify it until now :) We purchased a home! With more space than my condo allows I will most certainly find a home for my new bright white laughing Buddah!
I smile every time I look at it and in my books that's a sign of a good buy ;)

I have lots of little Buddhas around my flat and house. I had a little one bfore which is now in the bathroom, I have a small one by the TV and three on my vanity table thingy..
I always rub their bellies, I did it when I had exams at school, I do it when I have exams at work and when I have important meetings at work and it has done me no harm!

I have the best photo of a stone buddha from the Oriental Gardens in Sydney - it makes me happy every time I see it. You've inspired me to dig that out and actually put it in a frame!
I want the hot pink one! Its super cute. My family is kind of into these lucky token type of thing. It doesn't hurt to believe lol.
