Since last year was my first at the Toronto IMATS I didn't quite know what to expect. I arrived super early Sunday morning thinking there was going to be a crazy line of beauty junkies but I was surprised and very happy to see no line at all. I doubt that will be the case this year as the show has gained in popularity and the Toronto beauty junkies are counting down the days!
This year I have a plan.... well sort of. I will be attending both days so I can take my time visiting and re-visiting each booth in order to see where I want to spend my money. A few things I have my eye on that I didn't pick up last year are the Yaby palettes, Crown brushes & perhaps some OCC or Makeup Forever eye pigments or shadows. Im also looking forward to restocking up on my tools like a new mixing palette & spatulas, mascara wands, lip wands & brush cleansers.
What's new this year that I'm dying to at least play with? Face Atelier's new darker foundation shades :) Oh and I'm also really looking forward to taking in more seminars as I found the few I saw last year super fascinating and educational.
So lets hear it my TBB girls what's on your wishlist for the 2010 IMATS?

I definitely want some mixing palettes, spatulas, mascara wands, lipgloss wands as well. Not that I am a makeup artist, but I just find this way more sanitary, even I'm the only one who use them. It'll prolong the longevity of my makeup stash =D. I can do more friends' makeup if I have those supply.
I want to get some MUFE Face & Body foundation. I have heard so many good things about it. Maybe a back up for MUFE HD foundation too!
Last year, I missed out on Eve Pearl and Face Atelier. I'm totally checking them out this year.
I also need some more crown brushes because they're so affordable, and I started to think they are good gifts for Christmas too! LOL
Oh, I'm so excited! Are you planning a meetup for TBB this year?

I went last year. The Eve Pearl stuff goes fast! I remember wanting to grab the concealer and when I walked back it was gone. Also, Yaby sells their palettes (empty) for 10? Also, you don't have to line up for MUFE! If you know what you want you can go straight to the front. The lineup is for people that want to try out the testers/find their shades. Hint: go to sephora and asked to be colour matched before you head to IMATS! HAve fun everyone =)
I haven't been to one yet, but I will be going to the Vancouver one this coming July. So excited to hear your stories about IMAT. All I know is that there will be lots of cool brands out there.
