I don't know about you but I lose bobby pins and hair clips faster then I can buy them! Ive lost a few down the sink, they fall on the floor and get forgotten, clips get left on the counter and eventually get knocked off and broken and therefore tossed out....
Solution: Recycle those toilet paper rolls in a new way! Elastic band fit perfectly around them and clips have their own place to rest right at the top. You can paint the rolls, cover them with ribbon or leave them as is, either way it makes a simple VERY cost effective way to store all your hair accessories :)

Gosh I thought I had a Leprechaun stealing my bobby pins in my house ! but it seems that bobby pins are meant to disappear ....It's just fate !
